Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.

Processing includes:

• Product sourcing
• Quality inspection
• Packaging
• Tracking generation
• Shipment dispatch

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Please note that some high demand, customized, handmade, or low stock products may require additional processing time. 

During peak seasons such as:

• Black Friday
• Cyber Monday
• Christmas holidays
• Chinese New Year

processing and shipping times may experience delays due to high order volumes and carrier limitations.

Products shipped from local warehouses may arrive faster than products shipped from overseas fulfillment centers. 

Some remote areas may require additional transit time.

 


Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• Customs inspections
• Airline or logistics disruptions
• Incorrect shipping addresses
• Severe weather conditions
• Peak season congestion
• Carrier delays
• Supplier inventory shortages

CJdropshipping and international logistics carriers may also experience operational delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 2 to 7 business days to update depending on the shipping carrier.

If you do not receive tracking details within the expected processing window, please contact our support team.

 


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges for reshipment.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

 


Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local government.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Customs policies vary by country, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

 


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost, delayed excessively, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us immediately.

We will work with the shipping carrier and fulfillment partner to investigate the issue.

Please note:

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers
• Investigation timelines may vary depending on the shipping provider
• Claims for missing packages must be submitted within 30 days of shipment

 


Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on:

• Product availability
• Warehouse location
• Package size restrictions

You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

 


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to certain regions where logistics limitations, customs restrictions, or carrier availability make delivery unreliable.

If your location is unavailable during checkout, unfortunately we are unable to fulfill delivery to that destination at this time.
